Origanum Essential Oil
Origanum essential oil is extracted from Origanum vulgare through steam
distillation of the drying flowering tops. Origanum oil is used to relieve
asthma, cold, flu, bronchitis, menstrual pains, diarrhea, rheumatism, coughs
and indigestion. Also Origanum is used as flavour to some food and also as me
fragrances.
Origanum essential oil blends well with other oils such as tea tree,
eucalyptus, chamomile, cypress, cedarwood, lavender, rosemary, bergamot,
Cauton: Do not use origanum oil during pregnancy.
